Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the permitted and prohibited uses of the AlpineDS platform ("Service"). All users must comply with this policy in addition to the Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use
The Service is intended for:
- Managing residential construction project schedules
- Tracking construction activities, milestones, and deadlines
- Generating reports and dashboards for project stakeholders
- Syncing schedule data from authorized external sources
- Managing user access within your organization
3. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Attempt to access data belonging to other clients or organizations
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond the provided export features
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, bypass security controls, or perform unauthorized penetration testing
- Use the Service for any purpose other than construction project management
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' access
- Store sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial account numbers) in project data fields
4. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Ensuring that users within your organization have appropriate role assignments
- Promptly reporting any unauthorized access or security incidents
- Removing access for individuals who no longer require it
5. Data Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload to the Service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any data you input into the platform.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your access to the Service. We will attempt to notify you of violations and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue before taking action, except in cases of severe or repeated violations.
